Get motivated in small groups of 2-3. We run semi private sessions throughout the week, once you enrol in your chosen package you can book in at a time that suits you. Allowing you the flexibility to get the results you deserve.

With this option you will still have the guidance of our team from a small class environment. In these smaller groups, we are able to give your progress greater focus and provide more detailed support at key stages of your journey in our well equipped gym with advance instruction.
